How the Licensing Course Works
This is a four month program that meets two nights a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM. We meet in LIVE remote Zoom sessions for your convenience. This provides students with the New York State required 100 hours of classroom training.
The Buffalo location does not currently offer instructor-led mock inspections. This course price covers the New York State required 100 hours of classroom training only. Students are responsible for arranging their own practice inspections to satisfy the additional practical hours mandated by New York State.
The goal of this process is to promote the writing of clear and concise professional Home Inspection Reports.
